The PREES Lab is located at North Carolina State University; one of the leading engineering colleges in the world, and we are pioneering the development of a comprehensive electronics packaging program.
Our students are top performers, and several are members of IEEE as well as Eta Kappa Nu and Tau Beta Pi. We seek to give the brightest and best students the opportunity to gain real world understanding of packaging concepts related to power engineering. Many students gain marketable skills which are relevant to an increasingly important and growing field.
Students are encouraged to reach out to us to learn more about the possibility of becoming a PREES student, and beginning their own discovery power electronics research.
