The PREES Lab is one of the most well equipped power electronics packaging labs within the university system. Our capabilities are fully inclusive of the packaging process from design to manufacturing and performance testing. We present a unique opportunity to both Academic and Industry members. We are a full scale packaging facility with a strong partnership with many research and commercial parties.
